Currently, the Customer Portals provide limited support for mobile browsers.
The Portals' support of Internet Explorer will be discontinued on August 17, 2021. This decision follows the industry trend and Microsoft's stated approach. Following this date, IE users will experience sub-optimal experience on our site up to and including loss of functionality of the site.
Please note that some "third-party blocker" (browser extensions) can cause loss of functionality on the Portals. We highly recommend disabling them or, if the extension allows, whitelisting our Portals url.
