What should I do if I am missing or seeing incorrect ESN information in myCFM?
You should be able to see any ESNs you own, operate or monitor in the top level navigation of myCFM.
If you are missing or seeing incorrect ESN
information in myCFM please submit a Helpdesk ticket by following these steps:
Click on the "Ask CFM" button at the side
of the site
Click on the "Site Support" button
Click on the "Other" link
Populate the "Detailed Problem Description" field with the missing or incorrect ESN information. Please attach any applicable screenshots.
