How to set up my notification preferences?

In order to be notified when a new document is published or updated, you need to set up your Notification Preferences.

This includes informative documents such as All Ops Wires, Fleet Highlites and Meeting Materials and Technical Documentation such as Service Bulletins and Manual updates and revisions.

1/ Click on your user name at the top right hand corner of your dashboard. Select "Notifications".
 

2/ By default, myCFM sends you
  • Outage Notifications
  • Release Notifications
Select ‘Add a new subscription’


3/ Click on ‘Please Select’ to make the drop down list appear.
  
4/ For example, Select "Documents"
  • Select the Engine models for which you want to receive notifications.
  • Select the frequency of the notification you want to receive.
  • Click ‘Save & Add Another’ to add another Preference (Or Click Save & Close if you don’t need to).


Subscription Type explained:
  • Digest = Recommended for TechPubs - one email sent at your chosen time of day or week and notifying you of all new documents added to the myCFM Portal during that period.
  • Real-time = one notification email sent as soon as your chosen document is added to the myCFM Portal
  • On-screen = no emails, you can consult all new notifications in your ‘Notifications’ in box in the myCFM Portal (next to your name at the top of your dashboard)
5/ New subscriptions are added to the menu.
You can delete your subscriptions at any time by clicking on the cross.
