Troubleshooting login problems

The common error messages when logging in fails:

·      Incorrect Password, please try again

·      Page Expired Browser Message

·      Blank Page after login, without error message

Troubleshooting steps:

a)    If you are certain that you are using the correct username and password:

      1.  Clear your browser's data/cache, then close all the browser windows and try again.

      2.  If you are accessing thru a personal bookmark, please try to login by typing the portal URL:

                                              i.    https://mycfmportal.com (with no trailing characters)

                                              ii.    Then, erase the old bookmark and access via the direct URL.

      3.  If steps a and b do not work, try with a different browser. Additional info: https://mycfmportal.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/1859596-what-browsers-are-compatible-with-mycfm  

      4.  If step c does not fix the login issue, try on a different computer.

      5.  If no fix after these steps, please escalate your request by opening a case with the Fleet Support team (contact information below).

b)    If you forgot your password, please follow the instructions in the URL: https://mycfmportal.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/1859593-how-do-i-reset-my-password

c)    If you have not used your myCFM Portal account in the past 90 days, account will be suspended; please escalate your request by opening a case with the Fleet Support team (contact information below).

Please note that after-hours of EST you need to contact the Fleet Support Shanghai team.

Important note: Please note that in order to get portal access, your email address requires a domain name of the operating company that has a contract agreement with CFM/GE (for example aircanada.com).  If you previously had an SSO while employed by an operator and you are no longer employed by that operator, you will not be granted access to the portals.
