Announcement: July 16, 2021 - myCFM Portal login is changing

Dear Customer,
To comply with security and compliance requirements, the myCFM Portal login process is changing. Starting on Friday, July 16 , 2021 at approximately 7:15 AM US EDT, the first login screen will no longer have a username field. Instead, users will click the appropriate blue “Login with” button based on how they currently log into the portal before reaching the second, unchanged login screen containing the username and password fields. The flow diagram below outlines the changes for each type of username.

• Users who currently log in by typing an EMAIL ADDRESS will now click on the first login screen’s “Login with Email” button. This action takes them to the unchanged second login screen containing the required username and password fields.


• Users who currently log in with an SSO ID will now click on the first login screen’s “Login with SSO” button. This action takes them through the SSO authentication process where they will be required to type in their SSO before directing them back to the myCFM Portal login containing their auto-populated SSO and password field.

In order to implement this change, an intermittent outage of myCFM Portal should be anticipated on July 16 between 7 AM US EDT and 7:30 AM US EDT with the possible extension to 9 AM US EDT should issues arise.
