How do I report an operational event (In Flight Shutdown, Air Turn Back, Takeoff Abort, Diversion, Delay or Cancellation)?
1. Click on “Inquiry”
2. Please navigate to Engines->Operational Event Reporting
3. In the Basic Section, fill in the required fields below. All mandatory fields marked with ‘*’.
4. In the Engine Section, populate the fields below. Hover over the text to get additional information about the field.
5. In the Event Description Section, provide as much detail as possible
6. Attach an occurrence report if available and click submit after filling in the required fields.
