How do I reactivate my suspended account?

1. On the login page, click on “Request Access” or you can go directly to https://mycfmportal.com/access/#/



2. Type in the email address connected to your Portal registration and click “Go”



3. Select “Reactivate”



4. You will receive an Alert on screen. Select “OK” and you are free to close the browser. Depending on the current request load, Customer Support will contact you via email in a day or two.
