How do I view my order status?

On Order Status tab, if you have the PO number, enter the PO number in the ‘Search by PO/ESN’ field. Once you hit Enter key or move the cursor out of the field, the search will start. If the order is found, it will be displayed.

You can also use the Refine Filters panel to set your search criteria and find the orders you are interested in.



If you want to see all the details of one order line, click on the more icon on the left to bring up the order line details panel. Expand each section to see the fields.


You can use the Column Preferences panel to add or remove fields to be displayed on the data table.  You can also drag the column name and drop it at the position you like it to be displayed.


After you made all the above adjustments, if you check order status very frequently, the criteria you use are always the same, and you like how the data is laid out, you can use the Saved View feature to save the adjustment you have made and generate the same report in a future time.

To do that, click on the Save View button to save the “View” you just created. Next time when you need it, find the View you saved in the Saved Views list, the report will be generated automatically.
