Customer Notification Reports are recommendations derived from diagnostic information and OEM experience. The engine OEM will review diagnostic data provided and provide recommendations based on that data and historical fleet experience to help operators with proactive maintenance and fleet planning. This enables operators to optimize their maintenance and logistical decisions.
