The Home Scorecard shows that my Overall Wash Program Score is red. What should I do?

The dashboard for Engine Wash Analytics uses a stoplight visual metaphor to draw attention to wash metrics that are better than or equivalent to expectation (green), or deviate from expectation (yellow or red). The overall program score is based upon the individual wash frequency and effectiveness metrics, as described in the Help window on the Home page. A red overall score implies that either the median wash frequency for the wash event data represented is greater than an expected target by more than 10%; and/or that more than 25% of the currently in service engines are beyond their expected wash interval (from an actual standpoint, or a reported standpoint). Recommended steps (assuming analytic insights and assumed targets are believed to be correct), would therefore be: a) ensure adherence to recommended wash interval for fleet going forward, or b) ensure timely reporting of wash events. If you believe there is an error in the analytic assumptions, please send a support request here.
